Best suppressed weapon for home defense

In addition to current nightstand handgun, I'm also considering adding 300BO pistol or sbr with suppressor. otherwise a tavor suppressed? or a pistol caliber carbine suppressed? tough to decide between them for HD. I already have high pitched continuous tinnitus tones, i'd hate to ruin my hearing while defending myself in my own home. anyone have some new research and input now that we have a green light? thanks.
