Don't know anything about them, just curious if hunters use them

Guessing someone has, I can’t think of any benefit or reason in doing so.

Smh. This sound like a question a filthy anti gunner would ask. Here’s the answer.... the slide fire stock has the ability to fire solely in semi-auto mode without bump firing. So, hunters, THAT HUNT WITH AR PATTERN RIFLE COULD HUNT WITH BUMP STOCKS WITHOUT UTILIZING A DIFFERENCE IN RATE OF FIRE.

You could, but in the grand scheme of stocks, it’s a pretty lackluster design ergonomically IMO. That’s if it was used in semi-auto.
Anyone using it in bumpfire mode for hunting just shouldn’t be hunting.

Don't know why you would, in the bump fire mode, you have no accuracy except for maybe the first round. The gun is jumping around too much.

Yeah you could, run a beta mag and depending on the range and barrel length about maybe 15% or so will hit the target.
Iv seen pics this year of people with them on there ARs but unlikely they got anything or were using them in bump fire mode.
If i had one I wouldn't use it, I can pull the trigger about as fast as a bump fire stock anyways.

Maybe hog hunting is the only application I can think of. Spray and pray into a sounder of hogs running every which way after the first shot.
I'd rather use a normal semi-auto and pick my shots.

I have never been hog hunting but from the TV shows I have seen, after the first shot it is nothing but chaos.
If you are going to walk on thin ice, you might as well dance.
