Learn to shoot right if you can, the worst is when one hangs up in your kevlar strap, instant scar.
The new uniforms have a fancy collar to shield your neck when you are wearing your armor.... it is also a perfect place for hot brass to collect.
I have a couple of scars but never went to see a Corps Men about it. Must be an Army thing.
