For the Notarization I'd go the the bank, usually if you have an account they don't charge you for it.

Maybe it should have been "My wife and sister got their permits"? That clearly suggests that they're separate people, if anybody was wondering. (Me, I wasn't; this isn't West Virginia, after all.)

Small town... I would prefer to not have people know I am even applying for my Utah permit. Rumors and word does get around.

Yeah...sometimes fingers don't go where they should. So I fixed the (s) on permits.
