By the way, the best (meaning least expensive) place I've seen for new factory magazines for your gun is DKMags in New Brighton. There still going to run you $28.00 bucks or so with tax. Ouch. There's another topic on this board about DKmags as I posted a query a few days ago to see if anyone new the guy who runs it. Was anticipating you reaching the conclusion that you need to buy a couple new mags -- which you do anyway even if you weren't experiencing this problem.
