Why is it that some days when your finished at the range, you just know that if the coach of the U.S. Olympic pistol shooting team was there, he would beg you to join. But a few days later after a range session, your thankful that you can carry two 15 rd mags because that's about what it would take to hit the broad side of a barn at 21 feet? (I'm sure it has nothing to do with 6 cups of coffee and 3 donuts for breakfast)
Also, anyone who doesn't think that shooting is good exercise doesn't pick up brass!
