Light rail has uniformed TPD officers riding all the time.


The entire LRT right of way is under camera surveillance, it should be easy to spot where it fell and who picked it up, those cams are the new HD digitals.

I can't take credit for the idea. One of the buses I used to ride (for whatever reason we always got the exact same bus) had an advertisement about the Transit Police inside. Some clever prankster crossed out the "it" in "Transit" making the sign say "Trans Police Are Watching You" or something and drew earrings, eyeliner, and dresses on the photos of the cops.
