Rogers is always a drive-through for me coming down 169 unless I'm going to Cabelas/Northern Tool. Otherwise its Maynard's for food and then only if I haven't already stopped in Elk River. If there was a gun store, maybe I'd try the place, but only if I was in the market for something and hadn't already ordered it.

Yes. It will be opening near the big archery store. Apparently the billboard says it will open this fall.

Haven't purchased a gun from them, but I would find it hard to complete the sale w/o being able to fully inspect the firearm.

My cousin's daughter is a bartender there. I'm willing to bet she's the reason a lot of the young male customers go there.
