But what about the important stuff?
A nice, paved access road, valet parking, a caddy to haul your equipment....
The well stocked club house pub, complete with serving wenches,
A quiet smoking lounge - safely distanced from the reloading room, not too far from the grouchy old gumsmith’s shop, and onsite vet/ kennel.
A riding stable would be a nice option as well.
