It's got 3" barrel, but a full size frame so it holds 17+1 rounds, it's only 25 ounces, and is good for Summer carry when it gets over 90. As far as the rest of you are concerned, I think the esteemed Dr.Butler is on the money as usual, and this law is such a POS and potential booby trap that it just needs to go altogether. Take 4 grains of Bullseye, put it in a 9mm case, and call the Doctor in the morning...
