If they intended to honor only 1 of the promo codes, they should have prevented us from entering more than one such order. Another reason NOT to buy from them again. And you can't check order status on line.

Especially since it auto populated for subsequent orders.

This, Brownells did the same thing a few years ago. $15 off $15 or more. I placed a dozen orders or so because gen 3 pmags were $15.15, had to pay their $7.99 shipping on each one but still a good deal. I still buy from them when possible because they honored every order.

My orders with Gander went through complete. Cancelling them wouldn’t anger me but wouldn’t entice me to be a loyal customer. I walked through and was pleasantly surprised that it’s improved a lot from the old Gander. Nice to see Daniel Defense on the wall and suppressors in the case.

I doubt I'll shopping there anymore. They haven't shipped (or cancelled) my orders... and they don't sell anything I can't get somewhere else. Reloading supplies and rimfire ammo and the occasional specialty tool are pretty much all I buy now. If I find a gun I want it probably won't be there.

Yup, only one of my orders shipped, no notice of any kind on the others.

I received order confirmations like the rest of you.

Then another notice that one of the items was on back order...

All my orders are pick-up at store. I've been there once (the 19th), but I've received nothing in the way of notice that the orders were shipped. Probably go back there this coming Friday with copies of my orders to see if they know anything?

Called them to see what was going on. To recap, I received confirmations for all 10 orders. Order 1 shipped and is in route to the store. The others when I check the status on line still state they are being processed.

The customer service person looked up my orders and stated that the offer was one order per household so the other orders would be canceled. They received so many orders from the promo that they are still working on canceling orders, I should expect to receive my cancelation emails by the end of the week.

So I wonder how much it is costing them to cancel all these orders? No wonder gouger needs to sell Hi-points at 3x msrp....

Did you use the same email and info for both?

I shipped one to my house and one to the store. Haven’t heard anything on the store one.
