A friends daughter got gun pulled

Postby Kirstie on Sat Jun 26, 2010 10:30 am

My poor friends daughter got a gun pulled on her in minneapolis. Just makes me wonder when I will ever be able to let my kids be on they're own.

She's 15 and she's just a little shaken. I think it was on Nicollet . I don't think there was a report or anything filed.

Do you think someone should talk about PTSD with her? I was shot in the back when I was 16, I am now 42. I am hypervigilant to the point it annoys people. I don't wanna say anymore.

She's very lucky. There's plenty of those little scumbags just itching to kill someone.

We got a little more info... They did call the police right away, and with her description, they apparently got the scumbag shortly thereafter... We were told he had multiple guns on him, and multiple warrants. I will be getting a FOIA request out to get all the info.

It's time we aim to take some ideas from Montana's carry law. I.e. minimum age for carry in MT: 14.

Agreed, and alternately the judicial system should also start looking at these teeny-bangers with "he had multiple guns on him, and multiple warrants" as adults and put them away for life.............

that little varmint is real lucky that this was not my daughter...... :hammer:
