I just got an EFFEN text message from the EFFEN Gopher Bar

from Cheri at the Gopher regarding the next open carry breakfast. 2nd week in January had been suggested, but I have been told the ONLY date that works is the 2nd Saturday in February. Seeing as the OCB is pretty much open anytime that there isn't an EFFEN blizzard, I would suggest that we look at rescheduling the North February breakfast to the 1st or 3rd Saturday, and go for the glory at the Gopher on the 2nd Saturday. I will send out a survey near the end of January. Any strong protests to this date in regard to the usual OCB venue, let's get them aired out now rather than later in this thread.

could do that - but if I sport the Carbon 15 rig anything extra is kind of "overkill"! (and "extras" get heavy quickly...)
