They both need a timeout... I love how his Serpa is still attached when he pulls it out of his pocket. :D

Have you ever noticed that when a video camera is involved there's never a reluctant participant?

So wait...the dude in the maroon SUV was harassing protesters...then they followed him to videotape him...then when he got out to confront them....

I'm so confused....

They were up there protesting because the owner of Carlton Pools has pigeon shoots on his game farm / shooting range.

:roll:

Also - SERPA tucked in pocket is just awesome. I don't think he gets the whole holster idea

SHARK (SHowing Animals Respect and Kindness) has been protesting, filming, and trying to entrap the gun club members for a while... And the dumb members are playing right into their hands.

I wasn't able to watch this with audio.

Did something happen that warranted this guy pulling his holster and gun after confronting the pursuer at his door?

Kinda/not really, after he pushes the camera away the other guy shoves him and says something to the extend of "You want to go mother-(fornicator)" Nothing that should have made him that fearful (IANAL, IMHO, etc, etc)

idiots, all parties involved...

no wonder the police didn't do anything. The only alternative would be to lock everyone up for stupidity, and that costs us all money.

Except I'm not exactly sure the person following the gunman did anything illegal.

Pulling a holster/gun on someone because they made you mad and (may have) shoved you is most certainly illegal, except perhaps in PA.

Maybe Abuser842 or Tman would know more, but it seems like the high speed chase could lead to some sort of harrassment.

Difficult for either party to claim innocence if the video was the only evidence. The chasers didn't need to be there (should have been no confrontation) and the "chasee" better be a bleeder if he's going to claim he was in fear of his life.

let the hindsight quarterbacking begin!

On the one hand, he had no business pulling a gun on them in that situation. On the other hand, they took a big risk getting involved in a car chase.

Two thumbs down. :roll:
