Wow, just wow.. I just came in from a ton of heavy yard work and am a very tired and a bit dazed, but seeing this just about made me pass out.

I hope that's fake, (but it's probably not) because I still can't beieve I just saw that... :shock:

I knew a guy who did that with a paintball gun (and I know he knew better, but...) and lost an eye, and that was bad enough, but yeah, that rifle guy is lucky to be alive...

Sad and nasty but I'm calling FAKE! First dead give away is he cocks the shotgun twice after the fail to fire, Than after the shot goes off the sound from the rifle just STOPS rather than carry on. and his hat just Happens to go in a odd direction in the air. Plus he'd be almost blind from powder burns. Still a good video for the idea, Did the Brady Bunch make this video??

Hangfire or not, why would the shell not have ejected when he cycled the action? At the angle he was looking into the barrel when the "shot" went off, it would have opened his skull like a melon....

And last, why are there no powder burns on the hat?

Looks and feels fake. Nobody can be that stupid to look down the barrel of a gun that just hangfired.

Yes, they can, somewhere there was security footage of a non miss at a shooting range when the guy did exactly that.
