seriously though, i only open carry because it makes my neighborhood safer. here in LOOSIANA, they not only let you buy a gun when your mental capacity is that of a 12 year old, but they also promote the making of YouTube videos to offer advice. advice is free, to total strangers, and the best part? you don't actually need to know what you're talking about!!
