I've bought Black poweder stuff from him in the past, reasonable prices, good advice and generally a nice guy.

Mike of Northern Rifleman is a personable, good guy. His integrity will be obvious if you enter into a transaction with him.

Greetings,

I recently made an order through Northern Rifleman. My payment was accepted however after 6 days it has not shipped. He only replied to an email I sent asking if he has a store front. He has not returned any other emails or any phone calls that I have made. I also came across this website tonight.

http://usps.pissedconsumer.com/northern ... 02094.html

For those of you who know him, can you help me understand all of this? I don't want to be out the money he just took from me. If I cannot get this cleared up by tomorrow, 26Oct I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as that is all I can think of doing at this point.

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. I am happy with his prices and product options but am getting worried about this situation.

Thanks.

I would be a bit leery of clicking on that link... the USPS domain prefix seems awfully sketchy.

I clicked on it briefly. It looked like something set up for bad-mouthing the USPS, as well as anyone else one might choose.
All in all, the post is a very odd development.
It might appear that the poster sought out MGT to bring attn to the web site.
