Does anyone have any info on this club? I know where it is and that they do the appleseed. But I was wondering is it a nice range? How much is a membership and any other info you might have that could be useful.

I don't know much about membership fees/etc.. but my observations having been there for two days:
It's main draw is a 100 yard rifle range plus a 25-50 yard rimfire/pistol range. Both shooting areas have a bunker area to set-up, the rifle is covered while the pistol is open (no roof). There is a Biffy/port-a-pot on site and what looks like a fair amount of parking. There were no facilities for skeet/trap/etc, unless you're sighting in a slug gun it looks like it's pretty much a rifle-pistol only sort of place (right up my alley).
Certainly a small range without the polish/structure of the local metro ranges that cost significantly more to join, but if I lived in the area I'd not hesitate to become a member.
When I bought my pass last year I think it was around $15-25. I can't remember for sure. You get them at Bargain Buys in downtown Hinckley. They are good for a year.
In the fall it gets pretty busy, especially right before deer season. It is pretty much impossible to shoot there during rifle sight in season.
The thing about this range is it's very much like a backyard range, most of the time it is just you there, but it gets to be in pretty rough shape. Occasionally some people go out and clean and repair backboards though so thats nice when it happens. And most of the people i have run into have been very nice.
The other club in the area is north of 48 on Hwy 21, its called the Sandstone Sportsmans Club. They have a very nice rifle/pistol range, and some sporting clays. I have shot there with a friend once but I dont know how much memberships there cost.

At that price buy a life membership, even at 20 x $15, it's a deal.

It is part of the plan. I called a gut who delivers dirt, he said won't drive off the paved road because its too wet. Said maybe in a few weeks if it dries up. So for $15, I can be a responsible shooter and shoot at this place. Hoping to have the berm built around july 4th.

I suppose I could shoot from my elevated back deck. But my land is very flat. Not a single tree on our 12 acres. Swamp behind our hay field. Flat land makes it easy to see all the wild life. The ground is pretty soft though. So for now I will settle for shooting trap for a few weeks.
