Shoutout to ThunderJohn

Postby wildfan1 on Wed Aug 01, 2012 5:54 am

I know this is well known information here, but I wanted to say what a great guy John is, and post a huge thanks to John of Southwest Arms, ThunderJohn on here. I have met John at a couple of shows, and traded a fair amount of emails with him. I am a new, small, home-based FFL. Not doing shows right now, maybe in the future. But John has been EXTREMELY helpful to me. Helped me with some wholesalers, has given me tips on how to run a small firearms business, helped me try and get guns here and there when allocations are tight. Just generally been a tremendous resource for a new guy like myself. John is a salt of the earth guy, top notch all the way.

I may not ever be able to repay your kindness John. I have given you name to quite a few people looking for guns, and hope some have sent business your way. But just wanted to say thank you!

Have done a lot with John and one with wilfan1 and both are great to deal with. Wild for North, John for South and Grousemaster in the west for me.

I purchased my XD45 from John and he did the transfer on another firearm I bought out of state, stand up guy! I can't speak highly of him enough...

I just finished my first purchase thru John recently. Very straightforward and easy transaction. Fair pricing & professional service. I would definitely buy from him again and I do recommend him.
Anti-gun goofs fail to realize that if they melt every gun on the planet & I want you dead, a claw hammer would do the trick!! Then what? Ban claw hammers?
