Alright guys, I need to call upon the wealth of FFL experience and knowledge out there. I just got a phone call from Gramps down in Nebraska who has found himself in a bit of a financial bind. We offered to help him out after hearing that he was going to sell his guns and safe to make ends meet. He was much more comfortable with me getting his small(ish)
collection rather than having them go to a pawn shop or somewhere else.
My question for you all is "how do I make this transaction/exchange happen legally?" Even if you can only point me in the direction of where I might unearth the interstate regs, it would be very much appreciated. Thanks all.
