Quick question: does hennepin county have paper carry apps?

So I recently moved and don't have a printer. Wondering if anyone knows if hennepin county has paper applications for PTC at the office itself I can fill out like Minneapolis does for PTP. Otherwise I will have to go to the library and use a printer there, or something.

They should. I don't live down there but Isanti county does.
