Good retailer for MOLLE gear?

Postby RangerTim on Sun Jan 06, 2013 9:42 pm

I have been searching all my local shops as well as the few well-known online retailers that I'm familiar with but I haven't had any luck. I'm looking for a company that makes/sells decent MOLLE gear, specifically holsters and mag pouches. I don't understand why I'm having a hard time finding anything suitable but here I am.

Any suggestions?

G-Code makes some pretty nice holsters.

You can find Blackhawk SERPAs that will attach to PALS at Streichers. They're also at Element Arms.

I've had good luck with LA Police Gear. I also occasionally buy from Airsoft GI. They are an Airsoft retailer but they sell the same stuff LAPG does.

OpticsPlanet/DVOR also has some good deals.

For higher end gear, Shellback Tactical and Tactical Assault Gear have nice stuff too.

I keep an open "wish list" and regularly check for sales.

What are you looking for? I have a ton of used gear I've been planning to inventory and sell off.

I'm looking for a holster to fit a P250 w/ a TLR-3 on it, as well as a couple mag pouches and some spare pouches that can hold random items (cell phone, bandages, spare ammo, whatever). I've owned several Serpa style holsters, and I love them but I haven't yet run accross one that had room for a light, so I'm leaning more towards a larger universal holster or something.

CC military surplus has a bunch on hand. If they don't have what you're looking they can order it for you. At least the offered to order some stuff for me. I needed/wanted it quicker then they could get it. Nothing against them, I needed/ wanted it now or next day. They were 3 days out IIRC. This was just this past deer season.

Given the "unusual" combination of P250 and light, you're unlikely to find a dedicated holster for it. Most holster manufacturers start with the popular LEO/.mil guns and start expanding if they see a demand for a gun.

So almost all the "gun+light" holsters you'll see are going to be Glock, M9, Sig, etc.

There's a chance G-Code might make one for you, so you could try there. Otherwise, I'd look into one of those 'universal' pistol holsters for MOLLE.

Really good gear for decent price... Blackhawk web gear/packs are mostly cheaper EAGLE stuff haha.

Check out BDS Tactical. I have been very please with the various pouches I have ordered from them. They do offer decent discounts from time to time if you can wait it out.

These are the ones I use for molle pouches/gear.
For the holster you'd be better off buying a holster kit and making your own.
