The Great Caliber Debate

Postby XDM45 on Fri Apr 26, 2013 5:05 pm

9mm vs. .45ACP, X vs. Y, hashed and rehashed again and again..... Barry and Eric take a different look at it overall, not just X vs Y. It's a good video that I think provides some food for thought. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zgz7jTja9As

9mm, because .45 is stupid.

This debate is officially over.

.45 because there's no need to shoot twice like you would if you had a 9mm.....and 3 times if that 9mm is a Glock. ;)

9mm, .45acp, 22LR... In today's day and age, if you're not prepared, it's your own fault!

All I got.

9mm all the way.

.45 is so slow you can dodge them, as long as you see the muzzle flash of course.

.20 caliber = 204 Ruger
.30 caliber = 30-30/308/30-06/etc
.40 caliber = 40 S&W
.50 caliber = 50AE & others
.510 caliber = Legal 50BMG = I WIN !!!

I admit I'm a lousy pistol shot, and use the 40 Short & Weak, but make up for it shooting the 50BMG.

Desert eagle 50AE. You don't even have to shoot. Just pull it out. And if they're real feisty, hit 'em with it.
It is better to have a gun and not need it, than to need a gun and not have it.
