Are Gunn&Hook posts real or scam?

Hello, does anybody know anything about these discount posts in Group Deals? Is this for real or a scam? Website looks brand new and phone number is out of state...

For your consideration:
About a week past, a similar post was made, with a similar offer: Join up for fair amount of money up front, and get cheap ammo; followed by a warning from someone that there was a scam going around that had been reincarnating itself around the various firearms' sites. The scam: join up, send money, and the 'club' disappears... Curiously(or not) the organization/ website making the original offer vanished..... Then appeared Gun & Hook.

I won't be joining.

Yeah, the ammo "club" was way over my bull**** thresh hold, but the Horse and Hunt deals got me thinking...

Oh well :roll:

I was looking for a way to report those posts or the user, but I couldn't find one. Seems like the sort of thing a mod or admin would handle once they know about it.

I bought the $35 special, I have an email print out that says redeemable at horse and hunt club. I'll call H&H to see if it's legit, if not I'll let my cards fraud dep't deal with it.

I don't think anyone said it was a scam. I for one pondered the legitimacy of the 'ammo club' offer, as it appears identical to a recent scam that has been known to morph itself around the internets.
