So let me get this straight, you were accosted and handcuffed by "Minnesota" police for not carrying a firearm with a carry permit in your doctors office?

:hmm:

Why? did someone see the gun you weren't carrying and panic?

I am guessing he had his holster on but not carrying. Like it was in the car maybe. Correction. I just seen that somebody thought you were carrying. That somebody ought to be enlightened on the law a bit.

I had an AIWB . Nobody saw it.

It's confusing due to lack of more pertinent details,

Hey, space man

No need for name calling!!
You made this post for reason, if you don't want responses delete it. Something happened prior to MWG call which you have left out and would be unrelated to how you were treated by the police, so that would be helpful to know. It sounds like your attorney gave you sound advice yet your here talking about it. You should have considered posting your experience after it's all settled.

Who is your attorney? For MWG issues, I usually recommend Saul Goodman or Bob Law (find out more on his blog: Bob Law Law Blog).

So let's see here. An anonymous poster comes here and on his very first post claims to have been accosted by the "Minnesota" police for carrying a concealed empty holster. He further goes on to say he can't reveal details on his attorney's advice.

Yep, this "Spaceman" doesn't believe a word of it.

I'm having a rough day too, but thanks for the reminder. Obviously I dropped to wrong forum for me. I'm used to a dialogue rather than challenged from the first post on. I'm quite certain the information I'd have provided eventualy would have benefited the community, but ...

You tough guys enjoy the rest of your day.

Again, thanks for reminding me life is too short to get pissed.

Have a great day.
