ILBE pack with vest

Hey I have the USMC Marpat ILBE main pack and was wondering what model USGI vest would work with that on my back? I was thinking either the MTV or FLC. Mainly I am just gonna use for quick access to stuff on hikes or if I want to ditch the pack and walk off the trail or something, but I might use it for run and gun/ mil-sim type stuff too.
