What's BPR like on a Friday evening?

Postby mrp on Fri May 23, 2014 3:13 pm

I have to kill some time near BPR between 6 and 8 tonight. The only times I've been there have been weekdays during the day. So, what's it like on a Friday night this time of year?

It was pretty empty this morning. No one but me in the rifle bay and a couple of pistol lanes were taken. That's it. My nayboor has a 303 British so we fired that. I couldn't even make out the front sight so I was useless with the thing. He's not really a firearms hobbyist so it seems like an odd choice of a rifle. I know nothing about it, the make or age. He thought the 44 mag was a handful so next time i'll bring the DE50 and the 460.

Usually open lanes there during warm weather. No A/C in gallery. I go 4-5 a week on my Mega Shooter pass.
Proudly launching lead from a Swiss P-240 at a range near you.
