Public shooting ranges?

Are there any public shootings ranges near Monticello? So far all I have found are private ranges that require a membership. Thanks!

Del-Tone near St Cloud doesn't require membership. You can buy a day pass.

Del Tone is pretty good for an out door range. Have pistol, 100 and 200 yard rifle range. If your looking for indoor, Inrange in monticello, Tacticle Advantage in Waite Park and Firing line in Sauk Rapids, all are 25 yards. Del Tone gives you a free day after your 5th paid trip there. Pretty good yearly option too.
