FOUND! - AR gunsmith in north metro?

FOUND, thanks all!

Hi all,

I'm looking for someone who can do the following:

- Remove upper receiver from complete upper
- Install new upper receiver to existing barrel assembly

Any suggestions? I'm 10 minutes north of downtown St. Paul.

Thank you both, those are the same suggestions I received on AR15.com. Element is quite far north, that's one issue there.

Yeah I probably could, but I only maintain two ARs at a time so the investment isn't really worth it for me. I'm sure someone will speak up!
