EDC parka

Postby Duff-Man on Sun Mar 12, 2017 10:38 am

I'm planning on replacing my parka and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for something that works well with pocket carrying a s&w shield.

I have a Berne Echo One with tear-away pockets that I like a lot, but it's for cold weather. Under 100 bucks too

I like it. What happens when you take your coat off at Menards? Do you transfer the piece to your person?

A friend of mine found a nice grey wool jacket with concealed chest holsters east and west of the main zipper at Sierra Trading Post in eagan. It was a nicer dress style. They didn't have my size.

Got me thinking.

These are not cheap, as they are very high class carry and travel clothing, but they are really nice, and actually designed for carry. You can even get holsters that Velcro to the inside of some of the pockets. The holsters are not custom molded, but they still work quite well.
