Gunsmith Needed (Eagan, Apple Valley, Rosemount, ?)

I was shooting my Marlin Guide 45-70 and while trying to cycle in a new round, the next live round didn't come fully out of the tube mag and just stuck with the lever open! So now I have a live round jammed half in/half out of the tube and the level locked full wide open and stuck tight! So I need a 'smith to figure out what went wrong and who can fix this situation. Anyone have a suggestion for one in the area of south of the river 'burbs? (Eagan, Burnsville, etc)

The last gunsmith I used was at Ahlman's. Hope fully others know of someone closer.

Can you remove the lever? Should be one screw holding it in. I would think if you could get the lever out one could get this corrected.

Ahlman's fixed my last marlin issue and at the time was a certified repair center so it was no charge.
