Trainers in Chan?

Postby jdege on Sat Feb 24, 2018 1:02 am

Had someone at work ask me about permit to carry training.
I used to teach, myself, back in 2003-2004, but I'm looking out of the game.
And I used to know most everybody who was teaching, but these days, I haven't a clue.

I'm not sure where my co-worker lives, but we work in Chanhassen, so I'm figuring she's in the general area.

I was thinking she might just ask at Stock&Barrel. They'd know who was teaching in the are. They might even have trainers at their facility.

But first I thought I'd tap into the group's collective wisdom.

Is there anyone in particular she should avoid?

You can't do any better than Don Larsen in the south Metro.

No affiliation, just took several NRA Instructor classes from him.
Because I care, I carry.
