Gander Eden Prairie re-opening

Do to a proposed SW light rail proposal the Gander store in EP has re-opened. This is probably old news but didn't see it anywhere.

They can't make a go of it without light rail?

Strnghthens their negotiating strategy if there is an active store being "harmed " by construction or taken through condemnation to provide easements. More compensation either way than a shuttered location.

I remember Bloomington paying an ordinance, but I don't remember anything about EP.

Time to contact the EP city council to let them know this is not OK. MNGOC had an e-mail out this morning about it. Here is the e-mail address: AllCouncil@edenprairie.org
