Can I own an M203 destructive device in MN?

I'm considering buying an M203 receiver and submitting a form 1 to make it into a 40mm destructive device. Are those allowed in MN? It appears to be MN legal but some of my searches indicate "some" DD's are legal here with no real explanation of what is and what isn't.

Never mind the practicality of it, ammo availability, etc, just looking right now to see if I as an individual can legally make/own one in MN.

Great! Thanks for the quick response. Now it looks like I have some deciding to do. DSArms has complete, less barrel, M203s for under $600. That is a very tempting deal for me. And I can add a 37mm or perhaps go all-in on a 40mm barrel later.
