Shipping a complete upper

Just checking if any laws changed recently about shipping firearms parts. Getting ready to ship a complete upper. Just want to cover my arse. Thanks.

Frames are still the only thing needing special shipping. I usually do USPS Priority only because of insurance and tracking.
