My PTC expires 5/5. No classes, no ranges. Anyone know if state has extented renewal dates?

The state has not extended renewal dates.

Outdoor ranges are open.

Some of the instructors are holding the classroom online and shooting at the range.

Tom "Tusi" at OGC is in the process of doing online classes.

Only problem is Gun clubs are open to the members only.

What about bringing a Guest? I haven't seen where that isn't permitted (but I haven't paid close attention either)

OGC and DCGC does not allow any training during the shutdown.

Couple of members shooting at the range is allowed. Since both are members and observing social distancing.

Dakota county permit office recommended calling the list of approved instructors online.

from the OGC BOD (partial)

NOTICE TO ALL OGC MEMBERS 4-18-2020
Minnesota Governor issued EO 20-33 on April 17, 2020 allowing the opening of gun ranges with specific qualifications. The following rules apply to all who use the OGC facilities:

The range is open for members only.
Members use the ranges at their own risk.
Members must wear their member badge so it is easily seen by others.
Guests are allowed and those guests must be a resident of the same house as the member.

snip

So while I can do the classroom portion thru an interactive instructor led program the shooting is a problem at OGC unless you are a member

My permit expires in late June.

I was all set to take ttoutsi's online class, and would have gladly done so except for the fact that I cannot figure out how, or even if my antiquated computer can do online meetings.

Within the past few hours I found, and signed up for a self paced online study class from an instructor in SE Minn. The range sessions are in the Dodge Center area.

From my attempts at finding classes, most have been cancelled, or indefinitely postponed. Some are doing small class sizes, due to social distancing which causes them to be booked out due to limited attendance. None of the indoor ranges I checked are open, which is hampering the ranges' classes, and other instructors who use them.

Next you'll be saying they won't mind ruining the economy, bankrupting private health care, and 'being forced' to accept online voting in the fall election.

I've continued keep my training schedule without significant impact since I'm a fan of social distancing with most clients.

Online voting would almost have to involve some sort of identity verification, wouldn't it? Seems like that at least has the potential to be better than our current system. (Not saying it necessarily would be better, just that it *could* be.)

'Common sense' would suggest that.
But common sense also suggests it should be more difficult to register to vote than cash a $5.00 check, or buy a cigar.
