HELP, I'm in need of a website that needs construction and I have no idea where to start.
I have two Domains reserved to play with for starters, but .......................... HELP.

Please contact me using Shop phone number 715-294-2455 w/v-mail

I need to do this at low cost as I'm just getting started with a new business.

On a more serious note, the yellow classifieds paper you get in your mailbox does web pages on the cheap...

Where did you reserve your domains? They often have website building tools.

How expensive did it get? I have one reserved on Go Daddy right now that will be up in a few months.

There's much cheaper hosting out there than GoDaddy.

What kind of site you looking for? An actual e-commerce site or just a here's my stuff contact for info?

Whatever you do not let someone talk you into anything WordPress.

Yes, this makes a big difference. If you just want a 'brochure' site to show your stuff and provide contact info that's very easy. If you want to have an actual storefront and take payments/manage orders that is much more involved. You may want to look for sites that allow you to put up a virtual storefront on their infrastructure if the latter is the case (buy a service, not your own site).

I buy all my domains and paid SSL certs from NameCheap.com (I manage 4 paid SSL certs plus a few Let's Encrypt free certs for various domains and subdomains for work.)

Like it or not, WordPress powers 37% (thirty-seven percent) of all websites. It is far and away the the most popular Content Management System...the next most popular CMS, Joomla, powers 2.7% (two point seven percent) of all websites so it's not even close.

Because unless you know what you are doing and keep up with it you will get hacked all the time. A club for a different hobby I have is struggling with that problem because the guy who runs it doesn't know what he's doing.
