That doesn't necessarily mean a ton. My main ISP is a AT&T hotspot and for some reason AT&T outbound Internet connections are routed through the cell network down to their datacenter in Chicago. So any time a web site tries to identify my location (xxx is your nearest store) they think I'm located SW of Chicago.
That's probably because everything goes back to the Mobility Management Entity (MME) of which there are very few per carrier. T-Mobile tends to report me as in Chicago as well.
