Nothing new. Anti administration telling Olin corp (operators of Lake City Ammo Plant) they can't sell surplus production to the civilian market.

I think I remember the POS admin backed off on this. Probably because there is a contract in place to allow them to sell overruns and to sub contract to other companies.
