Ahlman's Black Friday sale: $99 Hi Point 9 mm. (380 is $89)

I was at Ahlman's yesterday and saw their Black Friday flyer. Friday, Nov. 24 ONLY.

I was going to buy one once at $139 just to see how bad they shot. After I held it, I changed my mind. At $99 I may just need to have one. (I thought of shooting a season of IDPA matches with it just to see how bad they are and do all the "fixes" on it to determine if they improve.) A holster for it and a couple extra mags may be more than $99.
Because I care, I carry.

Still feels like a bad deal, unless it comes with unlimited ammo or something.

While not something I’d have pride of ownership in, I did shoot one once.

It fired, and hit an IPSC target reliably at 7 yards.

I didn’t have any malfunctions in the magazine I shot.

They are heavy, clunky, and not particularly accurate… but just folks with disposable income are not the only folks who should be able to defend themselves.

I am not buying one. No interest.

But good for anyone who needs one.

Yes they are ugly and big. They do, however, go bang every time. And if for some reason it doesn't, the warranty service is fantastic.

Even at $99 I just couldn't buy one after again handling it.
