Server is slow. Is everyone having this issue?

Back after a hiatus and noticed that every click to a new tab or area has a very long lag. Is that due to the servers running this board? Like I say, I've been gone for a while and normally log in on my phone. I gave up many times trying to log in on my phone in the last ~6 months. I thought I'd try on my laptop. I got in, but supper laggy etc. I understand this site is run by volunteers, so not a complaint as much as wondering if it is on my end. Seems too consistent on phone and now laptop, so assuming it isn't on my end.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
