Another New Guy...

Postby morgasco on Wed Feb 18, 2009 2:42 pm

I also spent a good portion of yesterday looking through the forums for an introduction thread, all while pouring through everything else.... So I'll just post it here.

I'm Scott, I'm 23 and live and work in downtown Minneapolis doing sales in the financial/life/health insurance industry. I've been into target shooting ever since I was a little guy, going to Burnsville Pistol with my grandpa, and hunting and doing clay shooting with my father. I've recently gotten back into pistol shooting after a decent time away after tearing a ligament in my hand, recently renewed my PMP (Got to wait 12 days on Minneapolis PD) and decided to take my carry class first week of March. Also adding my future carry weapon to my inventory today, a Glock 30 SF (Other pistol is a HK USP 9mm).

I'm also starting to get into homebrewing after looking over my past years of receipts at Old Chicago and various other establishments realizing I could make my own brew at a much better price :)

This seems like a friendly board from my previous visits, if you have any questions of me let me know!

Wait. You also? Who else are you referring to? :?

Wierd.

No offense, but the last couple of days on this forum have been like an episode of the twilight zone. Please forgive us if we are skeptical.

Oh yeah, Welcome to the forum.

Ha, permit to purchase, I only used the PMP because that's what he called it...

Suppose PTP makes more sense...

It's a skin toughener. Be a duck man, Be a duck. ;)

Stick around, take in the sites, learn when you can and put in your 2cents. You have come to this forum at a very interesting time of new people starting problems that could have been avoided, and compounding them just for fun. Please forgive the locals for being restless. That is unless you are actually Digital Kaye, in which case your uppance will come. Yes it will come.... the uppance. You will know the uppance when it comes because it will be....... well.......... uppancy. :?

Well that didn't come out right at all now did it.

I don't buy it. I think you are really waiting for your Plasma Membrane Protein to come through.
