4000 watt generator - SOLD

Postby diamondsj on Mon Jul 13, 2009 2:24 pm

If anyone is looking for one in case of power outage (or any use for that matter), we have one we are looking to sell...it didn't fit what we needed it for and we ended up getting a MUCH larger one to run our house and all outside things during a power outage. It is campground approved, but it's not as quiet as a Honda...it's gas powered, portable -- weighs maybe 120# when full of gas??? Just guessing at the weight on this one.... Any how, it runs good and it is brand new (we ran it for 15 mins to run a power tool before we got our bigger generator and we start it once a month or every 45 days just to circulate everything and keep the battery charged).

If you're interested, send me a PM...and I will give you more details. Thanks all.

with winter around the corner...thought I'd bump this.

FYI, I will be in the twin cities October 1 and 2 if someone here is interested in purchasing this, I could deliver to the metro area.

amazing how fast an extra generator sells when an ice storm hits and power is out...some good friends have it now so next time something like that hits, they will have heat and the basics... 8-)
