This camper has beautiful interior colors. Nothing tacky. After owning a few campers before, we were picky about a few features... The bathroom is on the opposite side of the kids bunkhouse, which makes it less disturbing for sleeping kids if adults are up later; the over the bed cabinets do not extend down all the way on the sides so you don't hit your arms or face when you roll over and there are night stands on both sides; the bathroom door swings open to create a larger bathroom space or changing area onto the master bedroom; the kids bunkhouse has a sliding wood door (we've had curtains in the past and a real door is a must have); the bunkhouse has plenty of storage space and entertainment center with tv hook-ups; the bunkhouse sleeps 3- single upper bunk, double lower; couch folds down to sleep 1-2, dinette can sleep 1-2, queen bed in master sleeps 2; full slide in living room includes both couch and dinette area; bathroom has tub and shower and separate toilet/sink area; exterior features outside shower and front and rear storage; some of the decals have peeled some and there are some minor hail spots on the back end that are only visible when you're looking for them and standing at a certain angle. Camper has large awning. This camper is located in Kamp Dels, which is an awesome family campground with about every recreational activity available (see their website if your not familiar with it). This years seasonal site is paid for. The camper is on a great corner site, which means it only has a neighbor behind it and you have much more parking space. This site is pretty central to all the fun areas of the campground. The deck is a large 2-3 year old, 20x10 ft deck with rails, steps on both sides and rope lighting. There is a patio slab off the deck to store an extra picnic table (included with site and covered with nice heavy duty tan vinyl). This price includes camper on the site with the deck, bedding, hoses, Culligan water tanks of the season, and some camping equipment. Portable septic hose included, however camper is currently fitted for seasonal site PVC septic tubing. If you intend to move camper off the site or are not interested in the deck, please call to discuss options. Also, may consider trade for the right truck and pop-up camper combo. We have enjoyed camping here for many years, however we have a teenager with a week-end job and are just not able to make use of the camper as much as we would like.
