Need a Five Hundred Dollar Car (Minneapolis)

Postby Pat Cannon on Mon Jan 23, 2012 6:28 pm

Hey folks,

I got a new job! Woohoo! So now, the one-car two-job family situation is really inconvenient. But I'm not ready for another car payment yet. Anybody got a car they want to get off their lawn that might run for six months?

No car Pat, but with a job I hope to see you at more FR&PC IDPA matches this year. We all missed your humor!

Congratulations on getting the job! It continues to be a tough job market regardless of what the *resident says.

You've probably checked Craigslist - thought I saw a couple of less expensive cars there. I'll ask around.

I would offer $500 on this- http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/hnp/c ... 12565.html
They are good running cars as long as it is not eating coolant!

Illustrations for a textbook publisher. Kinda like doing steel shoot bar charts every day. Today was my first day and so far so good.

Those old TBI's didn't do too bad. It's only a 305.

I have a 2000 Saturn SL in good condition. 5 speed, gets GREAT mileage. I'd let it go for $1,000. PM me for details.

I bet you thought you were joking. If I get run over it's your fault, Joe. ;)

I am still looking for a car, though. I'm not about to ride this thing to Hutchinson or Faribault.
