Yeah. Could you give us any idea what you'll be doing? Like will you be using mylar, something else for freshness? Are you buying cheetos and throwing them in a bucket? I'm interested; some description would be nice.

You can stuff 250 Twinkies into a 5 gal bucket, and the half-life is over 1,000 years.............

Well I can't give away all my secrets! But it is a common thing to do. I suppose I'm just doing it for people who don't have time or want to make large bulk orders.

No cheetos, sorry. This is going to be healthy stuff. I figure we'll want healthy bodies in unhealthy times.

Lentils, Rice, Beans, Quinoa, Oats. Some things for sugars, salts, long term oils and fats. Plus vitamins. All things in appropriate quantities for a balanced, high protein, ample calorie diet. Things will be packed separate, sealed together in mylar for permanence.

Also, I'll have recipes and spices for the non-cooking inclined.

So what we have here so far is someone suggesting that we trust a potentially critical supply of food without that supply being defined.
