Reference needed for a Bankrupcy Attorney

Postby Holland&Holland on Tue Sep 27, 2011 11:48 am

As the title says. I know we have some attorney's on here and forgive my prejuduce but worry that just opening the yellow pages on this one is like throwing the sheep to the wolves. I am looking for a reccomendation for one that will be easy to work with, knowledgable, etc not for myself by for a relative that is a pair of vulnerable adults.

Thank you.

I can recommend Mary Lockwood in Roseville. Ten years ago I tried to do mine Pro Se, called her on a Friday and she was in court with me on Monday. Reasonable, went out of her way to help me, and saved my skin.

If their vulnerable adults, Don Hoeft, levander, guillen and miller. S St Paul.

Smart, kind, and swings a big stick when needed.
