2000 Pontiac Montana minivan $2k

We're selling our minivan. KBB puts it over $3.5k but as with the wagon I'm looking to get it gone rather than clean it up all pretty. ~140k miles.
The good:
Power sliding door on the passenger side, but both sides open
Seats 8, one in the middle row has a built in booster seat with five point harness
Extended size so there's room in the back for luggage etc
Luggage rack up top like most other, I strap the car top carrier to it no problems
Towing with 2" reciever.
Built in air compressor in the back. Awesome feature for topping up tires etc.
If you see a brown/tan two tone montana, that's the model. I believe the term "ubiquitous" works.

Maintenance:
Last fall the head gaskets were replaced along with wires and plugs
The winter before that the alternator was replaced
I've kept up on the oil changes.

The bad:
Now there's a bum starter. I'll be fixing it and putting the price back up to reflect that.
There is a miss somewhere. My mechanic can't find it even after hooking up his machinery.
Occasionally it shifts hard. It'll run good for weeks, then shift hard for one trip. Restart it and it runs again smooth.
The back shocks need replacing again, it's a quick job, one that will drive the price up after I do it.
There are garage dings from the kids opening the car door into it and it's missing the front Pontiac symbol.
Tires need replacing.
The radio display doesn't work. I'm not replacing it, it still makes noise.

I'm located in Coon Rapids. You want it, come get it. I'm asking $2000 FIRM as in you can offer me $1950 and I'll say "no".

That's what edmunds.com lists for the 2001 Montana anyway
private or small grou permit classes available

I'm not entirely sure and don't know where to look. I do know our old popup taxes it. The boat is easier to pull, but it weighs less. Being front wheel drive it's not ideal for towing but it has done a fair amount.
I loved this van right up until we bought the Denali.

It's been more than a week so I can bump this, right?

C'mon folks, this is a good deal for a decent van. I've towed boats with it, put multiple sheets of drywall in it (yeah, it fits 4x8 drywall if you run the front seats all the way up), fit 8 people in... it's a nice van!

It's no Yukon Denali, though.

Really? No one needs an fairly decent minivan? Seats 8? Built in kids booster seat, did I mention that seat has a FIVE POINT HARNESS?!? (And we've never used it?!?)

I've made some changes and added more info. Please help a brother out so I don't have to do the repairs and put it on Craigslist. Please?!?
