Viridian Green Laser Sights is a recognized leader in innovative, weapon-mounted green laser sights and tactical lights in the firearms industry. We are seeking qualified candidates with a proven track record for the full-time position of Sales Representative.

This position will spend over 50% of their time on the telephone connecting with firearms dealers and Viridian's outside sales force.
>50% of your time:
• Outbound sales calls to customers (B2B calls to gun shops)
• Outbound calls to our manufacturer's reps in the field

Up to 25% of your time:
• Travel to visit customers to generate sales, strengthen relationships, and provide product training
• Travel to industry trade shows and events

Up to 25% of your time:
• Provide product support to dealers and consumers
• Help with trade show coordination
• Produce reports in Excel
• Track activities in Viridian's CRM software

This individual should possess these key traits:
• Would rather speak to someone on the phone than to email or text
• Excellent follow-up and organization skills
• Outgoing personality
• Natural networker and connector
• Positive attitude
• Determined problem solver

This individual should possess the following experience and skill:
• 2-4 years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Sales and negotiations on the telephone and in person
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Speaking to and training small and large groups
• Shooting industry/gun shop experience preferred
• Shooting/firearm enthusiasts preferred
• Must be comfortable around firearms

Education
• High School Diploma
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
