Looking for Room to Rent

House sold, family moved out of state, I'm still waiting on a transfer with the company I have worked 25 years for, to catch up with family.
I work all over the state but am based in Roseville. Willing to pay monthly rent even though may be only using room 2-4 days a week as I travel frequently.
